You walk away with
You run teams. You make decisions worth millions. You have more expertise in your field than most people will accumulate in a lifetime.
And yet, behind closed doors, a lot of senior leaders are asking the same question:
You're not behind. You're not slow. You're just the first generation of senior leaders who had to figure this out with no playbook, no peer group, and zero tolerance for looking uncertain in front of your teams.
That ends here.
The Problem
There are two kinds of AI training out there right now.
The first kind is for early adopters who think "build your own agent" is a casual Tuesday activity. Discord servers. YouTube rabbit holes. Eighteen-year-olds who've never had a direct report in their lives telling you to "just play with it."
The second kind is corporate lunch-and-learns. Sixty slides. An IT person explaining how a large language model works. A survey at the end.
You need something different. A room where you can say "I don't actually know how to use this" without it ending up in your 360 review. A room where the other people understand what it means to lead through a transition you didn't ask for, on a timeline you didn't set, in front of a team that's watching you.
That's the room we built.
What It Is
Anxiety to Authority is a small-group cohort for senior leaders who need to get confident with AI, fast, without dumbing it down or drowning in it.
We cap it at 10. Not for marketing reasons. Because the conversations that actually change how you think about this don't happen in a webinar with 200 people on mute.
| Format | What That Means for You |
|---|---|
| 6 live sessions, 60 minutes each | No prep marathons. Show up, do the work, leave with something you can use Monday morning. |
| 6 independent play weeks | Each play week comes with a specific focus and 2–3 challenges to try on your actual work. Not hypothetical case studies. You're not left to figure it out alone. The Joy Prompt Club community is there between sessions, and you bring your questions to the next live call. |
| Maximum 10 leaders | You will know everyone in the room by week three. That's the point. |
| Full CliftonStrengths® 34 Profile | Understand your unique genius. Then we build an AI setup that works with it, not against it. |
| 1:1 Digital Bench Strategy Session | A private session with Tiffany Flaming to map your top strengths to your AI workflow. The part no other program does. |
| 12 weeks of Joy Prompt Club access | A private, judgment-free community to ask the questions you can't ask at work. |
| Platform-agnostic | We don't care if your company uses ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini. It all works. |
How the 12 weeks are structured
The Journey
The program runs in three phases.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3
Build your first real win. Lower the anxiety. Understand what AI is actually doing, and what it isn't.
Phase 2 · Weeks 4–7
Stop being a user. Start leading the transition. Learn to manage a team where some members are ahead of you. For now.
Phase 3 · Weeks 8–12
Build the business case. Lead a mixed team of humans and AI agents. Walk into any board conversation ready.
Twelve weeks from now, you won't be finishing something. You'll be starting something. You'll leave with custom AI agents you built, designed around your specific CliftonStrengths and how you actually lead. You'll know the difference between what deserves your attention and what's just noise. And when someone asks "What's your AI strategy?" you'll already be three moves ahead of the question. So will the nine other leaders you built it with.

What People Say
"I had never really thought about using AI and was very aware that my colleagues were using it. Honestly I had no idea what or why — and more importantly, I was not really interested. My colleague told me about Deb's AI course and I signed up, not really knowing if I would show up. I decided to attend the first session, feeling like a dinosaur actually. Deb put everyone at ease straight away, her enthusiasm and passion were compelling and addictive. I was instantly hooked. I now use AI almost every day and I love it. How do you know what you don't know — I would not have signed up for a course like this because I did not know, but am I glad I did!"— Michele, HRBP · AI Confidential Founder's Cohort
"Hands down the best Zoom call I have ever been on. Deb provided a safe space and gave AI tips in a manner that anyone could use no matter their AI skill level."— Karen K.
"Deb's energy made learning fun and the information was clear, practical, and easy to apply right away. In just one hour, I learned more than I had in months on my own."— Anne W.
"I've seen a colleague go from worried and overwhelmed by AI to excitedly embracing it thanks to Deb's AI Confidential. We're talking someone who never used ChatGPT to pushing AI on the team meeting agenda in four short weeks."— Marina Horner, PX Product Manager
Questions People Actually Ask
One hour. Every week, for 12 weeks. During live session weeks, that hour is with us. During play weeks, it's one hour of self-directed practice on your actual work. Not homework we assigned. If life explodes and you miss something, every session is recorded.
Yes. The cohort operates under a shared confidentiality agreement: what's said in the room stays in the room. We keep the group deliberately small (10 people maximum) precisely because real learning requires psychological safety. You can say the things you can't say at work. That's the point.
Senior leaders: Directors, VPs, and C-suite from a range of industries. We intentionally mix sectors so you're not in a room with your competitors. What everyone has in common: you're expected to lead through AI without much support, and you'd rather get genuinely capable than fake it.
Yes, and many will. This is professional development with a direct line to your AI strategy responsibilities. See the employer sponsorship section below for language you can use. We can provide a W-9 and company invoice upon request.
Because those were built for IT departments or for people who've never had a direct report. This is built for leaders who already know how to run a room. The CliftonStrengths component means the AI setup you leave with is built around you specifically, not a generic template someone else designed.
Good. The room is deliberately mixed. The anxiety of feeling behind is exactly what this program is designed for. It's in the name. The first three weeks are built specifically to close that gap before it becomes a story you tell yourself.
Google Meet for live sessions. Joy Prompt Club for community between sessions. If you can do a video call, you're set.
Every session is recorded. You won't fall behind. Real life happens. We designed for that.
If you need to cancel before the cohort begins, we'll apply your full investment toward a future cohort. After the program starts, we'll work with you case by case. We're human about it. Reach out to Deb or Tiffany directly and we'll figure it out.
What Happens After You Apply
Here's exactly what to expect after you hit submit.
Takes about 5 minutes. We ask a few questions to understand where you are and what you're hoping to get out of it.
This is a small cohort. We read every application and make sure the fit is right, for you and for the group.
If it looks like a fit, Deb or Tiffany will reach out directly to answer any questions and confirm your seat. No sales pressure. Just a real conversation.
Once your seat is confirmed, you'll receive your CliftonStrengths access, cohort calendar, and everything you need to show up ready on April 7.
Can Your Employer Pay for This?
This program falls squarely within professional development and leadership training, the kind most organizations already fund.
Here's language you can use in an email to your manager:
We can provide a W-9 and company invoice upon request. Reach out to deb@theunexaminedmind.com or tiffany@buildyourbench.com.
